Hamilton Stillwell Collection

The Hamilton Stillwell Collection, 1916-1918

The following works were part of a 2008 installation where I “curated” an exhibition of works by Hamilton Stillwell, an artist whose identity and works I fabricated.  The back-story for the marginalized artist had him expunged from the regional history due to his immigrant status, his inflammatory antics, and his progressive aesthetics.  The exhibition brochure is shown (click here for narrative), as are three wall sculptures made from salvaged materials, as well as the exhibition’s promotional poster.
